Ghana news: AMA signs ‘Chale Wote’ agreement - To promote culture, tourism in Accra - Graphic Online: The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Accra DOT ALT, organisers of a popular street carnival in Accra, the ‘Chale Wote’ Art Festival, for the successful hosting of this year’s event in the capital.
